Rock for People 2025: A Star-Studded Anniversary Edition with a Taste of Drum & Bass

Headliners Taking Over the Main Stages

Rock for People is celebrating an impressive 30 years of existence — and the anniversary will be marked in grand style. The milestone 30th edition will take place from June 11–15, 2025, at Park 360 in Hradec Králové. Over the five-day festival, more than 180 acts will perform across ten stages, including global stars spanning a wide range of genres. The main stages will feature the biggest names in rock and alternative music: Linkin Park, Slipknot, Sex Pistols ft. Frank Carter, Avenged Sevenfold, and Guns N’ Roses. Fans can also look forward to acts like Biffy Clyro, Fontaines D.C., IDLES, Motionless in White, Skillet, Jerry Cantrell, Sigrid, and many more. This stacked line-up is one of the most impressive in the festival’s history and already hints that this year’s edition will be a major highlight of the European festival season.

Packed Program and Unmatched Atmosphere

Over the past three decades, Rock for People has built a reputation as a festival known for its dynamic genre diversity and top-notch production. The musical program is designed so that everyone finds something they love — from rock and metal legends to punk, indie, pop, and electronic music. Alongside international headliners, the festival also proudly supports the Czech and Slovak music scenes. In addition to concerts, visitors can enjoy talks, workshops, theatre, and stand-up shows that bring the venue to life day and night.

The atmosphere and setting are just as unique. Park 360 — a former military airfield — transforms into a sprawling festival world with industrial hangars and bunkers. Expect themed zones, late-night stages for shows and DJ sets, and a wide selection of food and local craft beers. For this anniversary year, the festival has increased capacity to 50,000 attendees and upgraded its infrastructure to ensure a smooth experience, even with record-breaking crowds. Visual design also takes center stage, with thoughtful site aesthetics, new decorations, and effects that enhance every performance. In short: get ready for an unforgettable show blending world-class music, audiovisual brilliance, and the friendly spirit of an international festival community.

Drum & Bass at Rock for People

Rock for People is no longer just about rock — electronic music has also found a strong foothold here. Last year’s 2024 edition proved that drum & bass belongs on this kind of stage. The festival has become a top-tier event in the Czech Republic not only for rock fans but also for lovers of DNB. In Hradec, Pendulum lit up the stage with their electrifying live show, shaking the entire venue, while other legends like The Prodigy and local favorites Skyline also brought the energy. The Czech DNB scene made waves too — Madface was a major surprise in 2024, thrilling the crowd with a high-octane set alongside the big names. That experience confirmed that drum & bass thrives at a multi-genre festival, and DNBTV won’t miss out this year either.

And 2025 is no exception. Drum & bass fans will be pleased to see names like Czech DJ talents Bea and Thiew, as well as UK producer Venjent. Venjent is a rising DNB star with over a million fans on social media, known for transforming everyday sounds into powerful bass-heavy tracks. While these DNB artists won’t perform on the main stage, their sets promise pure rave energy and vibes that will echo throughout the festival grounds. Beyond drum & bass, Rock for People 2025 also offers a broad spectrum of electronic music.

With its 30th anniversary edition, Rock for People cements its status as a true multi-genre celebration of music. Rockers, metalheads, punks, pop fans, and ravers all come together in one place — and everyone is bound to have the time of their life. DNBTV is already buzzing to soak up the legendary atmosphere and bring you a full festival report straight from the heart of the action!
