Rock for People Finalizes International Line-Up & Reports Sold Out 4-Day Tickets!

Prague, March 6 – As of today, the international line-up of Rock for People is complete. The organizers have announced 30 more performers for the 30th edition of the festival at Park 360, Hradec Králové, during June 11–15, 2025. Aside from the headlining acts Linkin Park, Slipknot, Sex Pistols, Avenged Sevenfold, and Guns N’ Roses, fans can also expect e.g. the just-announced Shinedown, an American rock band known as one of the most fierce and progressive forces in music; the British metalcore band While She Sleeps; or the French electronic project Pertubator. “Rock for People’s domain is the widest musical selection across Czech festivals. Over 180 artists will perform on 10 different stages, including the world’s biggest stars as well as yet-to-be-discovered musical gems,” says festival founder Michal Thomes, adding: “The program is curated so that everyone finds something they like without getting bored even for a minute. This year we are also putting a major emphasis on the visual aspect of the festival grounds. We have a lot in store for fans and we can promise them a truly unforgettable experience.” Due to immense demand, the capacity of the festival grounds has been upgraded to 50,000 visitors. Because the organizers hold a long-term lease on Park 360, preparation and improvement works have been going on for months. The line-up of the festival is not yet fully complete. In early April, fans can expect an announcement of bands from the Czech and Slovak music scene, followed by an accompanying program.

Notable acts in the newly announced batch of bands include the versatile Mexican American artist Kat Von D, who became famous primarily as a tattoo artist; singer/rapper Käärijää, who represented Finland at the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest; or the recent Mercury Prize winner English Teacher. The upcoming 30th edition of the festival is exceptional thanks to the extra fifth day – the Birthday Day – on June 15, which is led by Guns N’ Roses, brought to the festival in collaboration with Live Nation CZ. The Sunday line-up consist of 15 bands, including Rival Sons, a band that plays rock ’n’ roll in its purest form, or Mexican sister triplet The Warning, who have brought a dose of so much needed adrenaline to rock music.

4-day tickets, Saturday tickets, the VIP and Comfy+ category are completely sold out. Tickets that are still available for purchase as of now include the last 1,000 5-day tickets, including the Birthday Day with Guns N‘ Roses, and last 1-day tickets: https://rockforpeople.cz/tickets/. 4-day ticket holders can buy the Sunday ticket for a discounted price. In relation to the sold out 4-day tickets, the organizers again stress that the only safe way to buy or sell tickets secondarily is via TicketSwap.cz. It is 100% guaranteed that second-hand festival tickets purchased on this platform are authentic and valid.

Rock for People has been a long-time supporter of nonprofit organizations, and this year, it holds a fund-raising campaign for Fuck Cancer, which supports patients with cancer. When buying a ticket to the festival, anyone can add any amount of their choice that goes to support the organization. So far, over CZK 100,000 has been raised for the cause. The final amount will be presented to the nonprofit by the organizers during the festival.

Artists that will appear on the stages of Rock for People also include Biffy Clyro, Fontaines D.C., Awolnation, Kneecap, Jerry Cantrell (guitarist and founder of the essential grunge band Alice in Chains), Skillet, Motionless in White, Sigrid, IDLES, and In Flames. The CZ/SK scene is so far represented by the legendary Marie Rottrová, Ewa Farna, and Horkýže Slíže. Aside from music, Rock for People visitors can also expect a diverse accompanying program that includes captivating debates, theater, dance, stand-up comedy, and film screenings. The festival world serves as an inspiring place where one often experiences more in just a few days than in a whole year. It is a place with a unique atmosphere of togetherness, shared joy, and an unbelievable amount of emotions.

The multi-platinum band Shinedown has cemented its status as one of the most fierce and progressive forces in music, embodying creative dynamics that transcends boundaries, thanks to over 6,5 billion streams across the world, 15 platinum albums, 10 million sold copies of albums across the world, and high praise from the media. The band is known for its honest messages in songs, which hit the top spots of charts and resonate not only with the band’s worldwide audience and the rock community but also our culture itself.

The punk attitude and fervent metal sound of While She Sleeps has shattered expectations, just like every other album of the band that has followed. Integrating pop, electronic music, and conscious lyrics that directly deal with depression and anxiety, the band is always two steps ahead of its peers. Metal Hammer described the band’s 2021 album Sleep Society as “an album that fits the current times of unrest, coming from a band we can continue to trust.” The band then played a weekend set at Download Pilot and in 2023 a sold-out show for 10,000 fans at Alexandra Palace in London.

Having become a leader of the Czech music scene over the last couple of years, Rock for People brings over 150 artists every year, including the world’s biggest stars. The dramaturgy of each day is carefully arranged so that the program includes a diverse selection of certified, energetic, guitar-driven acts, trending bands, and also newcomers. Aside from foreign artists, the Czech & Slovak music scene is also represented. Behind Rock for People is the agency Ameba Production, which also hosts dozens of concerts yearly aside from the festival. This year’s 29th Rock for People, led by Bring Me The Horizon, The Offspring, The Prodigy, and Yungblud, was a huge success not only among fans, of whom there were nearly 40,000, but also in the eyes of the media, raising the bar higher once again. In July, Park 360 in Hradec Králové also hosted two megashows of world superstar Ed Sheeran. Ameba Production also runs the popular baby-punk festival Kefír and co-organizes music conferences and showcases of Prague Music Week.
